What the price does not include
- The permit fee. That is your agency's, paid to them.
- A professional engineer's seal. No plan from here carries one. If your closure needs a sealed plan, ask your permit counter before you order — this is not the right thing to buy for that job.
- Any promise of approval. Your agency decides. What is sold is a sheet whose every number can be checked against the manual it came from.
- Flaggers, devices or labour. The plan says what is needed and where; supplying it is someone else's trade.
How you pay
After the price, never before. Your job is read, and you get a price for that job in writing — then the confirmation says how to pay it, and the price on your own order is the one you pay. Nothing is charged on this page or on the order form, and no card details are ever typed into this site: where a payment is taken by card it is taken on Stripe's own page.
Where is my plan shows an order's price, whether it is paid, and the plan once it has been sent — with the reference and the email address it was ordered with.
